What counts as a conversation
A conversation is counted when Folveno delivers its first substantive answer or performs a customer-requested tool action in a thread. Later messages in that thread stay included until 24 hours of inactivity. Greetings, widget opens, canned refusals, contact-form submissions, and handoffs without a substantive answer are not billable conversations.
Trial
14-day no-card trial: 100 conversations, Growth features, 1 brand, 2 members. Browser voice (10 minutes on the trial package) is planned and is not available yet. Not a permanent free tier. After the trial, a card is required to continue.
Packs (after included only, 90-day)
500 conversations $79. Packs are never applied before the included pool is used. We never auto-charge a pack or bump a plan because usage climbed. A 250-minute voice pack at $79 is listed in pricing but cannot be purchased until browser voice ships.
Browser voice is planned and is not shipped. Included voice minutes apply only after that feature is available. Ordinary visitors do not see Talk.
How we report outcomes
Target helped rate in B2B SaaS docs: 35–50%. Each customer sees their own live numbers. We do not publish a company-wide measured rate as if we had ten paying customers. We do not treat a closed tab as success.
Helped is explicit visitor feedback that the answer worked. No-repeat-contact is a 7-day proxy, not a confirmed outcome. Unknown (including a closed tab) is not counted as success. Escalated and unresolved are listed separately. Verified task success is reserved until a tool action can be checked.
