Terms of Service

Last updated 11 September 2026. These terms are between you and Bedrock AI LLC. Folveno is a service of Bedrock AI LLC. A DBA filing (Form 503) is in progress; the contracting party is Bedrock AI LLC.

The service

Folveno provides an AI support agent trained on public pages you designate. Answers are retrieved from that index and must cite a source page. The agent must not answer from outside retrieved content. Human handoff (email + Slack, full transcript) is included in every paid plan.

Plans, trial, and packs

Easy to launch, improves with approved corrections, monthly spending limit you control — no per-resolution surprise invoice. Paid plans are Starter $149 / Growth $299 / Scale $699 per month, or $1,490 / $2,990 / $6,990 annual. Plans include a monthly AI-conversation allowance (500 / 1,500 / 4,000). Browser voice minutes are packaged on the plan and are not available until that feature ships. After the included pool, you may buy a pack (500 conversations / $79, 90-day). A voice-minute pack is listed in pricing but cannot be purchased until browser voice is available. Packs are never applied before the included pool. We do not bill per resolution. We do not auto-charge a pack or upgrade a plan because usage climbed.

Signup starts a 14-day no-card trial: 100 conversations, Growth features, 1 brand, 2 members. Browser voice is planned and not yet available. After the trial, a card is required. There is no permanent free tier. Cancel any time.

Demos

A demo built on a public domain expires after 7 days and can be deleted immediately on request. A demo is not an affiliation with that business. Converting a demo to a customer account does not re-crawl.

Acceptable use

You will not use Folveno to crawl sites you are not allowed to fetch, to ignore robots.txt through our service, to send unlawful outbound email, or to store unlawful content. We crawl only public pages and honor robots.txt.

Your content and visitors

You represent that you have the right to have us fetch the public pages you designate. Visitor conversations are processed to provide the service, under the DPA when you are the controller.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. Bedrock AI LLC is not liable for answers a visitor relies on, or for a site redesign that makes an index stale — you can resync. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to amounts you paid us in that period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of organization of Bedrock AI LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
